📋 How It Works
1. Enter the password
Each training is password-protected. Your supervisor will provide the access password.
2. Complete all sessions
Work through each module at your own pace. Your progress is tracked automatically.
3. Pass the final exam
Score 80% or higher on the final exam. You have one attempt, so review all sessions first.
4. Save your certificate
Enter your full name to generate your certificate. Print or save it as a PDF and give a copy to your supervisor.

Print or save your certificate
Use your browser's print function (Ctrl+P / Cmd+P) and select "Save as PDF."
Submit to your supervisor
Email the PDF or hand in a printed copy before your first shift with consumers.
Your completion is recorded
A completion report is automatically sent to administration when you enter your name on the certificate page.
