Operating since 2018 with three licensed Adult Residential Facilities across Fresno, California, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, individualized care for adults who need support with daily living.

Our trained Direct Support Professionals implement individualized care plans that promote independence, growth, and dignity, in full compliance with California Title 22.

Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Full-Time & Part-Time · All Shifts
Provide daily living support, behavioral assistance, and companionship to residents. Pre-service DSP training provided and required before start.

DSP Pre-Service Training

Complete Online Training

Work through DSP Level 1 & 2 modules at your own pace. Covers your role, residents' rights, communication, health & safety, behavior support, and more.

Pass Both Final Exams

Score 80% or higher on the DSP Level 1 and Level 2 final exams. One attempt per exam — take your time and review the material carefully.

Medication Competency Review

Your administrator will conduct an in-person medication competency review and sign off on your completion before your first shift.

Attend In-Person Class

Bring your completion certificate to your scheduled in-person training class. You're ready to begin your career at Capozzi Residential.
